Lifting the lid on this months fabulous Cohorted* Box, I was met with beauty picks from the likes of Vintage Cosmetics, LivingProof, Pur Minerals and Urban Decay *heart eyes*. This months box value combined totals £71.00, so it's a super savvy deal when purchased directly from Cohorted for half the price!

I think I gasped a little when I spotted the eyeshadow palette and Urban Decay logo staring back at me.. typical Beauty Blogger or just me?!

Eight buttery soft and uber pigmentated eyeshadows housed in super-cute Rose Gold packaging, this pick from Purminerals is every neutral lovers dream!

Reminiscent of the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette, it features the fundamental earthy tones for taking your eyeshadow game from drab to fab. Muted matte tones meet shimmer-infused hues with a handy shadow brush (which just happens to be one of the softest brushes ever, bonus!) I love the compacted size of this palette and how rich the pigmentation of each shadow is!

Perfect for the upcoming Summer months to warm up any complexion, the Urban Decay Bronzing Beauty Balm is a tinted cream formulation which adds a sheer but luminous glow and creates a 'lit from within' look in an instant. The smoothing texture fills out any imperfections and unsightly pores, resulting in a flawless and model-like finish to the skin.

Best applied under your foundation or to replace your base products for that 'just returned from two weeks abroad' look - this beauty will be my go-to this Summer. With claims of supporting firmer skin texture in just 8 weeks, I'm looking forward to continuing using this to see the best results!

As an avid enthusiast of anything rose gold - jewellery, decor, you name it - makes me pretty obsessed with these beaut lash curlers! The spring mechanism ensures that the curl of each lash is enhanced even further and lasts all day, no need to touch up or apply more layers of mascara. A handbag must-have if you're like me and lust for fluttery lashes daily!

The tawny hues of this Lipstick and Lipliner are ideal for this Spring/Summer. I especially love the creamy formula of the lipliner which makes for super quick and easy application. The Lipstick provides long-lasting and nourishing colour with a silky and hydrating formula.

Not usually one for styling treatments, I was quite intrigued to try out this 5-in-1 product from Living Proof! Best applied to towel-dried hair in a small amount (as a tiny bit goes a really long way!) and applied from root to tip. Continue by blow-drying your hair as usual, and you'll be left with incredibly soft and smoother locks. I can vouch for this 100% and was pleasantly surprised by the instant results of using the treatment! It adds a silky soft touch to the texture of your hair, and it's a step you won't want to miss in future when washing your hair!

How is it February already? A new month means a sparkling new Beauty Box from my current faves - Cohorted! I was so excited to see two palettes included in this months luxury beauty picks, with a combined box value of £102 for February (pretty amazing, right?).

Read on to find out what I think of each product, and which pick has become my latest cosmetic obsession!

As an avid lover of the infamous Eyeshadow Primer Potion by UD back in the day, I had pretty high hopes for the Makeup Base version when I noticed it was included in this months box! I would swear by the product before applying any type of eye make-up to ensure that it lasted and remained crease-free, and it did just the job!

As someone who suffers with quite noticeable pores in the T-Zone, I was intrigued to give this Makeup Base a go. It had quite a watery consistency at first, but I found that you do need to give the tube a little shake before use to distribute the product evenly as a cream formula. Once dotted onto the skin it gives a white 'cast', however once it's well blended into the skin this becomes completely unnoticeable. I found that after applying this product as a base, that my complexion looked immediately smoother, those unsightly pores had vanished, and my foundation applied like a dream on top of it with a soft-focus finish!

A super pretty coral pink nail varnish with a high sheen finish. What's not to love? Perfect for the upcoming summer months when berry colours are out, and brights are in. The KURE BAZAAR brand focuses on creating eco-friendly products made up of natural ingredients, meaning they are free of the harmful substances usually found in nail lacquers.

The formula is incredibly easy to work with and has quite a quick drying time (which is always a bonus, a girl is helpless when waiting for nail polish to dry!) Definitely apply two coats for the ultimate salon-worthy finish.

Four magnetic and removable eye-shadows housed in a freematic mini compact with a sponge tip and brush applicator. The pigmentation of these shadows is incredible, each one super blendable with minuscule glitter particles running through three shades.

A terracotta matte makes up the final colour which would make a perfect transition shade for a bronze smokey eye. The lightest hue doubles up as a gorgeous inner tear-duct highlight for a subtle hint of sparkle. The sleek compact makes it travel friendly too, so it's perfect for on the go!

When I first opened this product, all of my contour dreams immediately came true. As someone with Snow White skin (I'm talking nearly porcelain white), trying to find a holy grail contour product that isn't orange or looks 'muddy' once applied is near enough impossible.

This grey-toned contour is ideal and mimics the natural shadows of the face as it has minimal warmth to the colour. Along with being so easy to blend, it's definitely my new go-to! The palette also features a super gorgeous gel-creme blush (my favoured choice over powder blush!) and a cream highlighter for a luminous golden sheen. Compacted into an again travel-sized palette with a handy mirror for touch-ups!

"Total impact lipstick that gives off a highly pigmented sheer and creamy finish. The lightweight non-sticky formula glides on effortlessly providing medium to full coverage."

The 'click' mechanism of this lipstick is SO handy, ensuring that the product stays completely secure and closed when not in use (perfect if you're a little clumsy like me!) Along with being a super bright hue, the hydrating formula makes this product a winner if you ask me!

What do you think of this months beauty picks from Cohorted? Overall I'm super impressed with the range of cosmetic products included and look forward to incorporating them in my daily make-up routine!

As a huge lover of the Beauty Box phenomenon, is there anything better than receiving a parcel full of make-up, skincare and hair treats to trial every month?!

Say hello to Cohorted* - the newly-launched brand which focuses on including 6 hand-picked luxury beauty must haves, delivered to your door for only £35 (with January's box value being £122 - how amazing?!) With previous boxes including cosmetic picks from the likes of NARS, Marc Jacobs, Bare Minerals, Pixi and Laura Mercier (swoon!) it's safe to say that I was pretty excited to unravel that black ribbon bow on the front and peek inside this months box!

Who knows, you may even find a new holy grail item or two like me! So lets lift the lid and delve into the sleek black January edition of Cohorted..

RRP: £40

"Refines Pores and Brightens, while keeping your skin Hydrated and Smooth."

I'm really into purifying masks recently, so being able to try this pick from Mudmasky was perfect! After applying a thin layer and leaving this on for 7-10 minutes, it had a slight tingling sensation which is to be expected with the product - it just means it's working! After removing with a cold muslin cloth, my skin looked visibly brighter and felt so much softer! This is a product I plan to use 1-2 times per week to combat those unsightly pores and keep skin balanced. The 20ml tubes are super travel friendly too!

It's been a while since I've used a fibre lash mascara, and I'd forgotten just how much of an incredible difference they make compared to standard mascaras! This beauty from DOUCCE extends, thickens and adds dimension to your natural lashes with its carbon black pigment. Think blacker than black lashes. The XL brush ensures that each individual lash is evenly coated without clumps. I'm pretty obsessed with this mascara and it's definitely my go-to product from now on!

Sometimes being blonde has it's disadvantages (boo!). My hair can get pretty dry especially after being freshly dyed or highlighted, so ensuring that it's kept in the best condition without incurring further damage is something I try and keep on top of! The Living Proof Restore Hair Mask is an intensive weekly treatment that aims to nourish and condition the hair, whilst adding strength, softness, shine and body to those locks. Having tried this last night I can safely say that it provides all of those and so much more! I applied the product generously from root to tip and left to absorb for 5-7 minutes for the ultimate results. After thoroughly rinsing out and leaving my hair to air dry naturally, my blonde locks felt immediately softer with a smooth texture. Love!

'This lipstick provides your lips with the transparent colour and shine of a lip gloss with the creamy texture of a lipstick. A unique extreme shine Maxi Lip Complex helps plump and hydrate for full, soft and supple lips."

I do have to admit, when I first opened the box I was a little hesitant about the plum shade of this lipstick. However when applied sheerly, it's actually a super pretty berry hue (perfect for these winter months!) It has a high-shine finish which I love, as someone who tends to opt for hydrating lipsticks as opposed to matte - so this also made it incredibly easy to apply. It has all the benefits of a lip balm with the added colour bonus, so it's a winner in my eyes!

"This perfectly gliding pencil redefines the lip contour with an ultra-precise line and improves lipstick wear. Enriched with Jojoba oil, its formula provides the lips with suppleness and comfort."

When it comes to lip liners, I'll usually stick to rosy pink hues, or red if sporting a statement lip - as I usually find that nude liners can wash out my complexion a little. So I was pleasantly surprised to try this Clarins Lip Definer in '03 Nude Rose' and end up loving the colour! That's the beauty of subscription boxes, the element of surprise and sometimes finding products which you wouldn't usually reach for! The creamy formula makes this such a dream to apply, it doesn't pull on your skin in any way, and I found it was super easy to enhance my natural lip shape without looking OTT. I'd team this with a clear gloss as it's such a pretty shade on its own!

"A multi-tasking medium hold hairspray to get any look on damp or dry hair. Powdered by our Flexible Web Technology to hold hair in place at any step during the styling process."

The versatility of this multitasking product intrigued me a little at first. With claims of being able to use on both dry AND damp hair? So I was very keen to try it out! It provides heat protection for up to 450 degrees which for a hairspray product alone I find pretty impressive! Along with boasting other benefits such as providing superior shine and humidity protection, and no flaking or product build-up. Having tested this I found that the product provided medium hold whilst still having movement, and the spray didn't have any stickiness to it which some hairsprays can have! The 99ml version is perfect to pop in your handbag

Albeit a little higher in price than the average Beauty Boxes on the market, I think Cohorted is definitely worth the investment as a pick-me-up each month! Especially when payday rolls round and you're receiving some full-sized products to experiment with, from brands you maybe haven't had the chance to try out previously. I'm very impressed with the variation of products in January's Beauty Box and would 100% recommend to beauty lovers alike!

Is a luxury Beauty Box something you'd try? Let me know!
